Week 2 begins...

Its kind of amazing that we've seen so much in just 1 week. We are marvelling at the accomplishment and particularly devastated that we are already up to 1,190 pictures between us and that doesn't count yesterday. R is thinking the 13 hour car ride to Twin Falls will be a good time to pare down! I'm still trying to work out a good place to share them on the "internets". It will probably be Snapfish so I can just print from there, but I can't load now. One of the few drawbacks of the house we're in is the Internet is good but not fabulous and the streaming youtube videos we watched last night have us down to "dial up" speed. UGHHH! Not good at all...

Well, since I was sick yesterday and R made it back safely from his hike, today we are going to do Glacier Falls and try to get really good pictures of Half Dome. That thing is massive even in the distance so no telling what it will look like when we get up close.

Thanks to good friends back home... Chewy and Edward Lover ...we heard about the eclipse that will be visible on the West Coast tonight. Seriously, there has been no news watching by me at least - so there's no way I would have heard about it! We're trying to determine the best place to see it - hopefully - this evening and we think we have a plan for that...yeah! So exciting!
