Companionship...

On a long drive your second best companion is music, especially because your travel companion(s) will have to sleep at some point. This works fine for R and I because obviously we can both sleep with music blaring at high decibels.

On this trip we've been accompanied by the following artists just to name a few: Tears for Fears, Cyndi Lauper, Anthony Hamilton, Bruno Mars, Natalie Merchant, Seal, Ella Fitzgerald, Beyonce', Bananarama, Alanis Morrissette and the various artists of the soundtrack to Oh Brother Where Art Thou...

Our tastes are all over the board. Thankfully they mesh occasionally.
